ORDERING & PRE-ORDERS
Q: How does the pre-order process work? A: Each design must reach a minimum of 7 orders per color, design, and size combination before we move to production. You have 60 days from your pre-order date for the minimum to be reached. We'll keep you updated on progress throughout the process.
Q: What happens if a pre-order doesn't meet the minimum? A: If the minimum of 7 orders isn't met within 60 days, your pre-order will be automatically cancelled and you'll receive a full refund. You'll then have the option to place a custom individual order (custom pricing will apply).
Q: Can I track how close my design is to reaching the minimum? A: Yes! You can check back anytime on our website to see the progress of each design and how many more orders are needed.
Q: Can I cancel my pre-order? A: Please contact our customer service team at tarsusofficial1@gmail.com to discuss cancellation options. Note that helping us reach minimums ensures everyone gets their items!
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: How long does shipping take? A: Our products are crafted overseas. Total delivery time is typically 18-27 business days:
International transit to USA: 15-20 business days
Domestic delivery to you: 3-7 additional business days (depending on shipping method)
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently, we ship within the USA. International shipping coming soon!
Q: How will I track my order? A: Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email with regular status updates throughout the journey.
Q: What if there are delays? A: If there are any delays in manufacturing or shipping, we'll immediately notify you via email with updated timelines. We believe in complete transparency.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: Do you accept returns? A: Yes! If you're not satisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days from the delivery date. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Q: How do I return an item? A: Contact our customer service team at tarsusofficial1@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery to initiate your return. For USA orders, we'll provide a prepaid return label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but will still receive a full refund for the garments once received.
Q: What condition must items be in for returns? A: All returned items MUST:

Be in unworn, unwashed condition
Be free from stains, dirt, odors, or damage
Q: What if my return doesn't meet these conditions? A: Returns with missing tags, stains, dirt, ripped tags, or any signs of wear will not be accepted. We will notify you via email with the specific reason and return the items to you.
